Being a real estate photographer sometimes involves crossing multiple borders – four countries, to be exact. Let me take you on a journey from Germany, through Luxembourg and Belgium, to the quaint town of Lexy, France.
Why Belgium? Because I Had To!
I had to drive through Luxembourg, but also through Belgium. You might be scratching your heads, “Why Belgium too?” Well, it’s not for the waffles, although that would be a great reason. The road to Lexy, France, takes a peculiar turn through Belgium. It’s not a detour; it’s the only route! So, Belgium became an unexpected but necessary pitstop on this international escapade.
The Arrival: Lexy, France
Upon reaching Lexy, I was greeted by one of my favorite real estate agents. The property was charming in its own right, but what caught my eye was the expansive plot of land it sat on, complete with two cows! As an animal lover, this was a delightful bonus.
The Weather Challenge: Grey Skies to Blue
Let’s face it, no one wants to see a property under a blanket of grey clouds. That’s where the magic of Luminar NEO’s Sky AI comes in. With a few clicks, the overcast sky transformed into a vibrant, blue expanse, making the property look even more appealing.
The Luminar NEO Difference: Before and After
To give you a glimpse of this transformation, below you can see how the photos look when they are almost unedited at all, edited in the standard way and edited in Luminar NEO with the help of SKY AI.
