From nightly winter walks in Bruges to holding a printed book in my hands, Bruges at Night was never planned, it simply happened. In April, I joined Bruges’ Veggie Challenge with a dish named “Velvety Forest Stew with Creamy Potato Clouds” - and won! The recipe, along with others, made it into a charming booklet shared during a press event at Bruges City Hall.
