Ah, July 2019, a time when the world was a bit less chaotic and my camera lens a bit less dusty. I had two photoshoots lined up: one in the picturesque Luxembourg and another in the quaint Saint-Avold, France. The sun was shining, my car was humming, and I was ready to capture some real estate photos. But let’s rewind a bit; not all was sunshine and rainbows.
When Life Throws a Curveball
You see, the week before, I had an encounter with a client who had the personality of a wet blanket. Their attitude was so sour, it could curdle milk. But hey, I’m a professional, and professionals don’t let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. So, I put on my best smile, packed my gear, and hit the road to meet the same client again.
The Scenic Route: A Drive to Remember
Driving through Germany was like flipping through a postcard book – each scene more breathtaking than the last. The autobahn was my runway, and I was the pilot of a four-wheeled aircraft. Luxembourg was equally charming, with its perfect mini nature, cobblestone streets and historic architecture in city center serving as the perfect backdrop for my photoshoot.
The Show Must Go On: Keeping It Professional
In France, again, I met the client who had dampened my spirits the week before. But I was determined to keep my cool. After all, the show must go on, right? I focused my lens and my mind, capturing the essence of real estate in a way that even the most cynical client couldn’t resist.
The Creative Struggle: When the Muse Takes a Day Off
Let’s be real; it’s not easy to be creative when you’re under pressure. The professional part? Sure, that’s doable. But summoning the muse of creativity when you’re dealing with difficult people is like trying to catch lightning in a bottle. Yet, somehow, I managed. Maybe it was the scenic drive or the sheer will to prove myself; either way, I got the shots.
Still, a Lovely Day Indeed
After the shoot, I slowly drove back throught three countries. And the best part? I never had to see that difficult client again. I wrapped up my day, feeling a sense of accomplishment and relief.
